Ash Wednesday - Mar. 5th - We will begin our Lenten Journey together with Mass and distribution of ashes at 8:30am and 6:30pm; at Noon and 4:00pm there will be a Liturgy of the Word with distribution of ashes.
Lenten Mission - Sunday through Tuesday March 30, 31 and April 1 - 6:00pm
The Essence of Prayer with Fr. Nick Desimone Lent is a good time to look within ourselves and ask, "Am I closer to God than last year? How is my prayer life? How have I helped build the St. Denis community?" If you can't make all three evenings, come to as many as you can.
Confessions - The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered on Saturdays from 3:00-3:45pm, or by appointment.
Weekday Masses & Rosary - 8:30am Mass will be celebrated on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, followed by the Rosary. Rosary will also be on Saturday March 8th at 9:00am.
Stations of the Cross - Friday evenings at 6:30pm - Every Friday evening during Lent (beginning Friday Mar. 7th) we will conduct the Stations of the Cross. On March 14th the Stations will be geared toward Children with our 5th Graders actively participating that evening. On Apr. 11th our High School students will perform our Living Stations of the Cross (7:30pm). This moving devotion is not to be missed! Everyone is welcome to attend any/all of these Stations.
Faith Sharing Group - Wednesdays during Lent - 11:00am at Riddlebrook Apartments on West St. Join Deacon Pat with "At Home with the WORD," a small group faith-sharing process that will guide parishioners through the experience of Lent.
Holy Hour Exposition / Benediction - Monday Apr. 7th 5:30 to 6:30pm in the church (NOTE change in time originally published in printed Lent Schedules). A devotional ceremony, with priest/deacon blessing the congregation with the Eucharist at the end of a period of adoration.

Catholic Women's Council - Thursday March 13th - 6:30pm in the Gathering Room All women of the parish are invited to attend. No April meeting - please attend our Women's Retreat instead!
St. Patrick's Day Dinner - Saturday March 15th - 5:00pm See the bulletin or website for more info or to reserve your tickets. Enjoy a traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner and lively Irish dancing!
Women's Retreat - Saturday April 5th 9:00am to 3:30pm - All women are invited to join us. Please watch the bulletin for more information.
Rice Bowls - available in the church for Catholic Relief Services to help feed those in need. Please return donations by Palm Sunday.

Lenten Deanery Mission - March 24 to 6 - Join the parishes of our Deanery during the third week of Lent as we explore the three elements of our core relationship with Jesus through the church, which the early church called the kerygma.

Chrism Mass - Tuesday April 15th - 10:30am at St. Paul's Cathedral, Worcester
The Celebration of the Holy Chrism Mass with the blessing of oils for the coming year.
Holy Thursday - Thursday April 17th
Mass of the Lord's Supper - 7:00pm
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament - following Mass and continuing to 11:00pm, ending with Night Prayer
Good Friday - Friday April 18th
Stations of the Cross at the CHURCH - 10:00am (NOTE LOCATION CHANGE!!). All children and adults are welcome to this hands on experience, sure to be a learning experience for all involved.

The celebration of the Easter Vigil includes the blessing of the new fire and the lighting of the Paschal Candle, Liturgy of the Word focusing on salvation history, renewal of Baptismal Vows, and the Eucharist. NOTE THAT THERE IS NO 4:00PM MASS THIS DAY.
